Welcome back to AH JOBS LIST!
Scroll below 👇👇👇 to see dozens of exciting and new Colorado job opportunities.
I'm always thrilled when this happens: I just heard from a job seeker I've been working with — and she was just hired by an organization she’s genuinely excited about!
When we first connected, I could immediately see how talented she was. Yet, like so many young and mid-career professionals, she struggled with self-doubt and imposter syndrome. We worked together to build her an outstanding resume, had deep conversations about her career aspirations, and — most importantly — rebuilt her confidence. By reflecting on her past accomplishments, promotions, and moments where she was at the top of her game, she began to recognize and own her true value.
Before long, she was confidently presenting her authentic self to employers, sharing powerful stories and examples that showcased her strengths.
One of the biggest lessons we focused on was the importance of goal setting and showing up for the job search every single day. Job seeking isn’t a passive process — it’s a full-contact sport. True momentum comes not from just sending resumes into the void, but by networking, reaching out, creating opportunities, knocking on doors, finding your "luck," and summoning the courage to keep moving forward.
I get it — job searching can be brutal. Rejection is common, and it can feel absolutely soul-crushing. It’s exhausting to muster the energy to make another call, customize another resume, or write another cover letter when you’re feeling defeated. But there are proven strategies that successful job seekers use to stay on track:
𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁. When you know your destination, it’s easier to map the quickest and most strategic route.
𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗻. No matter how small, they build momentum.
𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆. Lean on your friends and loved ones — they want to lift you up.
𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴" 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗯. Thoughts like "I'm too old," "I'm too young," "I'm underqualified," "I'm overqualified," or "I can’t talk about myself" only hold you back. Yes, be self-aware and work to improve where you can, but don't let self-criticism define you. Focus on your strengths, your experience, your education — the assets employers are excited to learn about.
I'm so proud of her — and so inspired by every job seeker who refuses to give up.
You’ve got more power than you realize. Keep going!

The AH JOBS LIST Guide to Colorado's Hidden Job Market Stop applying. Start getting pulled into opportunity.
|
|
|
|
|
Most job seekers are stuck in a frustrating cycle:
Apply → Wait → Hear nothing → Repeat.
But here’s the truth:
The best opportunities in Colorado are never posted.
They’re filled through:
- Conversations
- Referrals
- Internal movement
- Visibility
That’s the hidden job market—and it’s where real momentum happens.
And it's why I wrote the AH JOBS LIST Guide to Colorado's Hidden Job Market.
The AH Jobs List Guide to Colorado’s Hidden Job Market is a practical, insider-focused playbook that shows you where real opportunities actually exist—and how to get in front of them before they’re ever posted. Instead of relying on job boards, it walks you through the industries, employers, and networks driving hiring across the state, and teaches you how to position yourself inside those ecosystems. The result is a smarter, more strategic job search where you stop chasing openings and start creating access to them.
The 14-Day Hidden Job Market Roadmap is a focused, step-by-step plan designed to help you quickly shift from passively applying for jobs to actively creating opportunity. Over two weeks, it guides you through clarifying your value, building a targeted network, and generating meaningful conversations that lead to referrals and insider access. Instead of waiting for openings to appear, you build visibility and momentum so that opportunities start finding you.
For just $49.99 you get both:
1. The AH Jobs List Guide to Colorado’s Hidden Job Market A clear, insider-level breakdown of:
- The industries actually driving hiring in Colorado
- The major employers creating opportunity
- Where jobs exist before they’re posted
- How to position yourself inside those ecosystems
This isn’t theory—it’s a map of where opportunity lives.
2. The 14-Day Hidden Job Market Roadmap
A simple, step-by-step system to help you:
- Clarify your positioning
- Build a targeted network
- Generate real conversations
- Turn visibility into opportunity
|
|
|
In just 14 days, you move from: Applicant → Known Professional → Considered Solution
What This Changes
You stop:
- Blindly applying online
- Competing with hundreds of candidates
- Waiting for someone to “pick” you
You start:
- Getting into the right conversations
- Building real momentum
- Accessing opportunities before they go public
Bottom Line
This is not another job search guide.
It’s a strategy shift—from chasing jobs 👉 to positioning yourself where they happen.
$49.99
One decision to stop playing the job board game… and start working the market that actually works.
Both the Guide and the Workbook will be emailed to you.
