What a crazy year. 

There's not enough words in the English language to describe the unbelievable experiences we have all gone through and shared.


Of course the biggest tragedy is the more than 300,000 Americans who succumbed to Covid19.  I remember early on in the pandemic, I heard an expert say that everyone will have known a friend, a neighbor, family member or a colleague that has suffered from Covid19. 

And then there's the economic devastation.  Here in Colorado we were enjoying some of the lowest unemployment rates in our history and within 2 months we were experiencing some of our highest rates of joblessness.

We'll look back on 2020 as a year of masks, zoom calls, online schooling, DoorDash, and hand sanitizer and quarantines.  

And while we see a hopeful future defined by a vaccine, there are also so many questions about the economic recovery from Covid19.  Is working from home here to stay?  Will people be willing to gather in large crowds for concerts, restaurants, travelling, conventions, festivals, theater performances?
I'm a generally optimistic and hopeful person and I believe resilience will define 2021.  This resilience will be seen in new innovation, creativity, opportunity and celebration.  We will want to see our friends and families, go to our favorite places, seek new job and entrepreneurial opportunities.  

For those who may have lost their jobs, as tough as it is right now, adopt a resilient attitude.  You too will bounce back next year.  Keep talking to friends and researching companies and continue to apply for jobs that look ideal for you.  Keep hopeful knowing that the January hiring tsunami is just around the corner as companies begin to re-hire and add new positions in anticipation of a return to normalcy.

If you know of someone struggling in their job search, lend them a hand.  Offer to read their resume, connect them with people in your network, give them some job search guidance based on your own experiences.  It will be so appreciated just to know that you are willing to help.

The Customer Success Specialist will take charge of managing relationships with our school and district accounts to ensure that clients are delighted with Forefront. This role will work closely with Forefront's customers to improve their satisfaction with our services, improving retention and loyalty. This role will also identify areas of dissatisfaction and develop solutions to troubleshoot problem areas. The Customer Success Specialist is a new role at Forefront, and we highly value individuals with excellent drive and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our small team.

This position is virtual with occasional in-person meetings, conference calls, client meetings, and travel for conference/trade show exhibits.
